1. I've deleted all my files what can I do?
Depending on the health of the drive in question, we may be able to recover your files. Not a guarantee, and unfortunately we cannot recover from a physically damaged drive or device.
2. My operating system wont boot or load?
Sometimes it is as simple as a failed update, but there is a solution, depending on the operating system!
3. What programs or applications can I use?
There is a tremendous amount of information out there for specific programs. We can take a look together, so I can show you how to decide.
4. My system runs really hot and slow what can I do?
As simple as it seems, I can take your device to my shop and clean it for you, to get it to run as efficiently as possible.
